Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market presence.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Assess market trends and emerging opportunities, positioning the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven success in a Business Development leadership role within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Extensive experience in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and the small molecule landscape as well as Regulatory Starting Materials and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's) contract business.
• 5+ years in Industrial Research or Chemical Research of Small molecules and Biologics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
